Account and billing

Open the user menu and select Profile.

Profile information

The profile page shows your display name, email, Microsoft object ID when available, and assigned roles. These values come from your signed-in identity and are read-only on this page.

Personal subscription

The current subscription section shows:

• your plan and trial state;
• subscription end date and status;
• whether a trial is active and when it ends.

Free accounts can select Buy Plus subscription when a checkout offer is available.

Manage billing

Select Manage billing from your profile or a company detail page. ClauseWatcher redirects you to the external customer portal, where you can manage the subscription and payment details supported by the billing provider.

The profile also shows the default payment method’s type, brand, last four digits, and expiry when available. ClauseWatcher does not display the full payment number.

Subscription history

The subscriptions table lists subscription ID, status, product ID, and end date for the subscriptions connected to your account.

Sign out and language

Select Sign out at the bottom of the profile or in the user menu. Use the flag menu in the main navigation to switch between English and Dutch.
