Administration

Administration features are visible only to users with the administrator role.

Find users

Open Users. You can search, filter by role, sort the table, choose a page size, and move through result pages.

The list shows username, email, phone number, and lockout state. Select a user to edit the account.

Edit a user

Administrators can update:

• username;
• email address;
• phone number;
• personal account type;
• personal subscription end date.

Save to apply the changes or select Cancel to return to the filtered user list. When a Plus end date is supplied, ClauseWatcher treats the selected date as lasting through the end of that UTC day.

Capture a document now

On a legal document page, administrators can select Start capture beside a URL source. The action requests a new capture; processing and analysis may continue in the background.

Access problems

If a user cannot see an admin page or receives an access-denied response, confirm that the account has the administrator role and sign in again so refreshed claims are applied.
