Understand analysis results
The legal document page summarizes the latest completed review. Until one is ready, the page shows Analysis pending.
Decision and recommendation
The decision answers the page’s main question: Should you accept these terms? Read the recommendation reason before acting; it explains the basis for the decision in plain language.
Trust score and confidence
The trust score is shown from 0 to 100. Confidence indicates how certain the analysis is. A high score does not replace reading the identified risks and evidence.
What this means for you
This section translates the result into likely practical effects for a user of the service.
How the score was calculated
When scoring detail is available, ClauseWatcher shows the starting score, each deduction or adjustment, and the final score. Each item includes severity and confidence. A capped item is displayed without an applied deduction.
Most important risks
Risks are ordered and labeled by severity. Each risk may include:
- a short title;
- the expected impact;
- a reference to the relevant clause;
- an excerpt as evidence.

Suggested next action
Use this as a practical follow-up, such as reviewing a clause, changing a setting, asking for clarification, or avoiding acceptance. The analysis is decision support; consider professional advice when the consequences are significant.
