Getting started

  1. Open ClauseWatcher.
  2. Select Sign in with Microsoft.
  3. Complete the Microsoft sign-in flow.

After sign-in, ClauseWatcher opens the dashboard. If your account belongs to more than one company, the current company appears in the user menu and on the dashboard.

Understand the navigation

  • Home opens your dashboard after sign-in.
  • Brands lists the organizations whose services and legal documents you track.
  • Pricing shows personal and company plans.
  • Companies lists the company workspaces linked to your account.
  • Users is available to administrators.
  • The flag menu switches between English (United States) and Dutch (Netherlands).
  • The user menu opens your profile, switches the active company, or signs you out.

For the fastest path, use Quick document check. It lets you select a company or brand, optionally select a service, and submit either a web URL or a PDF.

For a carefully organized monitoring setup:

  1. Add a brand.
  2. Optionally add a product or service.
  3. Add a legal document.
  4. Add a source.
  5. Review the first captured version and analysis result.

Names and slugs

A slug is the readable part of a page URL. For example, a brand named Example Company might use example-company.

Choose a short, stable slug. Changing a slug changes the app URL used to open that item. The app prevents slugs that conflict with reserved route words.
